24/7 reception

Fully equipped flats
All of our flats come with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, bathroom and cable television. We also offer free use of washing and drying machines to do your laundry as well as a shared kitchen where you have the possibility to cook and/or eat together with family, friends and colleagues.
Home-office
To make sure you get your work done, VERAC Flats provides you with a secured high-speed WIFI connection, HDMI connection, Chromecast, external IT support and shared meeting rooms that are free to use.
Cleaning service
Our internal cleaning and facilities team ensures the proper everyday functioning and cleaning of our building and flats. They’ll provide you with a cleaned flat, a change of linen and a new set of towels 1 to 5 times a week. All necessary safety and health measures regarding COVID-19 are of course followed closely and carefully.
Fitness room
All of our guest enjoy free access to our fitness room.
Private parking
VERAC Flats offers a private parking where you can safely park your vehicle.
Safety & security
All of our flats come with a fixed telephone that can be used for emergency calls. A fire detection system that’s linked to an emergency center and an insurance disclaim recovery are in place.
