All of them are located within walking distance of Brussels Airport. By public transport or car, you can easily reach all of the major business parks in the airport area.
When you arrive at VERAC Flats, our welcoming team is happy to assist you at all times. A clean and comfortable flat awaits you, with a home-office that’s ready-for-use.
Looking to relax after working hours? At our VERAC Flats buildings, you can find a fitness room, a common kitchen & living room and an outdoor area where you can use our BBQ. The surrounding Zaventem city center also has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to offer you. We can recommend taking a short bike ride or walk beyond the city center as well.

Our loyal cleaning and facilities team guarantees the proper functioning and cleaning of our buildings and flats. 1 to 5 times a week, they’ll provide you with a cleaned flat, a change of linen and a new set of towels. All necessary safety and health measures regarding COVID-19 are of course followed closely and carefully. And with comfortable bedding and quality linen at your disposal, you can rest assured that your daily answer to our question “How did you sleep?” will be “Excellent!”.
